SAVANNAH

Just playing with some lighting the other night and came across Savannah lying on a box. She was pretty cooperative with me flashing flash after flash in her face. So here is the results of the effort...

MARLEY RAE DELLINGER

Our grand daughter Marley Rae, born January 18, 2008. 8lbs. 5ozs., 20 inches long. Time of birth 5:01 pm. All are doing well and hope to come home in a day or so.

OFF TO THE DOCTOR

Autumn called at say 4:45am this morning telling us that she was admitted to RMC for labor pains. She is going to has us a grand-daughter TODAY...

FLUORESCENT LIGHTING

Whoever thought fluorescent lighting could look so good.









The above were shoot using two 4 foot shop lights with 5000k (sunlight) balanced fluorescent tubes. The lights were placed approx. 3 feet apart and the subjects were no more than 3 feet from the lights.

FIREMAN AND SMOKE...

Seems they go hand in hand. Morgan County Fireman David Harper.







Shot at the FD training facility, sorta of a windy day so the smoke machine was having a little trouble keeping up with the flashes. Lighting was simply a Vivitar 285hv, camera left, at 1/4 power, using a shooting thru umbrella. Back light was another Vivitar 285hv at full power with a orange gel over the flash head. Smoke provided by a cheap smoke machine.

FALLOUT NOTICE

Found something interesting while at the Post Office in Madison today. It has been there for years, just wonder how many people even notice it.



Just in case you ever need it, limited to the first 200 people. Guess that leaves us out since we live so far out of town.

LENSBABY 2.0

Well after years of debating to get a Lensbaby, I finally broke down and got myself one for Christmas. Merry Christmas to me, Merry Christmas to me. Here are a few shoots that I did playing with it while Emma played with paints Santa brought her for Christmas.
